Diamond Export Industries PVT Ltd has proudly introduced Pakistan’s first unit of DTY yarn draw texturing machines. Our objective is to establish a total of 24 of these units to complement our existing 750 weaving machines in our waterjet weaving facility. Our next strategic step is the installation of 6 POY units, which will complete the supply chain for the 24 DTY units. This transformation means we will no longer rely on Chinese yarn suppliers. Instead, we will exclusively source polyester chips and flakes as our raw materials from the Gulf. This will enable us to achieve full vertical integration in our production process, with both spinning and weaving operations managed in-house.
