Processing

Diamond Export Industries has set up a fleet of the latest rotary printing and dyeing machines. Along with this, there is support for the latest Stentors to do excellent finishing. Definitely, this is only possible if the pretreatment is done excellently and the company has set up the best quality singeing and bleaching machinery and all combined, we are producing a very big monthly production. These machines are designed to reduce waste, which is not only cost-effective but also good for the environment.

Printing

Fabric printing is a specialized process used to apply decorative patterns, designs and images onto textile surfaces. Unlike dyeing, which colors the entire fabric, printing allows for precise placement of colors in specific areas, enabling the creation of intricate and vibrant designs. At the Diamond Export Industries (Pvt) Ltd., we utilize advanced printing techniques such as rotary screen printing, digital printing and pigment printing to achieve high-quality detailed results. Our printing processes are designed to ensure color accuracy, sharpness and long-lasting vibrancy while maintaining the softness and durability of the fabric. We use eco-friendly inks and chemicals that comply with international environmental and safety standards including Oeko-Tex and REACH regulations. Whether for traditional patterns and modern artistic designs, our printed textiles reflect a blend of creativity, technology and quality craftsmanship. This dedication to excellence allows us to deliver visually striking, skin-safe and sustainable products to our customers around the world.
